✯ REFUND and RETURN ✯
- Once payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible in 48 hours from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivery.
- If the item was shipped wrong, please contact us with your infomation (your name and your gmail address), add a picture of the items that you received and description the problem. We are responsible and make it right!
- When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc and review carefully.
- We are not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the costumer.
- If the address mistake was made before we send you a confirmation email, you still have the opportunity to fix and correct your address by contacting us. Costumer has 24 hours to reach out, otherwise, there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue.

- Tracking details will be sent via email or direct message once your order has shipped.
- If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us.
Once tracking has been provided, we are NOT responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Incorrect delivery by the shipping provider

If you need to update your address, contact us immediately via Instagram PRIOR to shipment.
